Airy operates on a strictly trust-based model. No upfront payments or credit cards are required to secure your booking. You will pay the full amount directly to the tour operator on the day of your excursion via Cash or Credit Card.
Airy is a promotional platform and digital booking interface. We do not directly operate the tours. All physical operations, transportation, insurance, health & safety compliance, and guiding services are exclusively provided by our official operating partner, Sun Travel DMC (A registered TÜRSAB Agency). By booking through Airy, your operational contract is established directly with Sun Travel DMC.
By placing a booking through Airy via WhatsApp, you are securing a reservation for your chosen excursion. Since no upfront payment is required, we rely on mutual trust. We kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your booking.
All payments are processed on the day of the excursion. You may pay the tour operator directly using cash (USD, EUR, GBP, or TRY) or by credit card, depending on the operator's facilities. Please ensure you have an appropriate payment method ready on the day of the tour.
We offer flexible, free cancellations up to 24 hours before your tour. If you need to cancel or change the date of your excursion, please contact your Airy representative via WhatsApp. Late cancellations may affect our ability to accommodate future trust-based bookings.
Airy acts as a booking agent connecting you with premium local tour operators. While we carefully vet our partners for quality and safety, the respective tour operators are ultimately responsible for the execution of the excursions and hold the necessary insurance and licenses.
